1. All accounts must be public, not private.
2. If you place an order on a private account, it will be marked as completed automatically, with no refunds.
3. Order links must be valid and accessible (no deletion or restrictions).

4. Orders are 100% automatic. Once validated, they cannot be modified.
5. Never place multiple orders on the same link at the same time; this causes an overlap that we cannot correct or refund.
6. Always wait until the first order is completed before placing a new one. 7. If you delete your post, change your link, or make your account private during an order, the order will be considered finalized.

8. We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms before each order to stay informed of any changes or updates.
9. You must use the AfriqueBoost website in accordance with the terms of use of the relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
10. Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Orders placed prior to a price change remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of the order.

11. It is strictly prohibited to use our services for:
* Pornographic, political, extremist, hateful, or illegal content.
* Scams, fraud, fraud, or false identity.
👉 Anyone using our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes will be held personally liable for their actions, and their account may be suspended without notice.
🔹 5. Payments and Funds
12. Once your funds have been added, they cannot be refunded.
13. You can only use your funds on the AfriqueBoost website.
14. In case of a payment error, contact our team via WhatsApp or Telegram.
NB: Only funds earned via invitations can be withdrawn.
🔹 6. Top-up (Guarantee)
15. Some services benefit from automatic top-up in the event of a decrease in funds.
16. The top-up time varies depending on the service (usually 24 to 72 hours).
17. If you notice a decrease in funds, open a ticket on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order details. 18. Do not place a new order until the previous one is fully recharged, otherwise the system will count the initial number, and the new order will not be corrected.
19. Accounts with a very large number of subscribers (e.g., 200,000+) may experience natural fluctuations: these drops are not covered by the warranty.

20. If you cannot find the service you need, open a ticket with the subject "Request," and our team will respond promptly.
21. AfriqueBoost support is available for any technical assistance or questions regarding your orders.

22. AfriqueBoost is **not responsible** for your use of the services once delivered.
23. In the event of a complaint or damage caused by prohibited use, the user will be held personally liable before the appropriate authorities.
